Special Condition for British Columbia
For orders shipping to British Columbia, free shipping applies on orders of $100 or more before taxes.
A handling fee of $25 CAD will be applied.
Excluded Regions
This offer does not apply to the following provinces and territories:
Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
Processing & Delivery Times
Please note that while customers may select a preferred shipping carrier at checkout, Moura Cuir may use a different carrier when necessary.
This decision is based on factors such as package size, carrier availability, weather conditions, and delivery speed.
Our priority is always to ensure that your order is delivered in the safest and most efficient way possible.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and shipment. Orders placed after
12:00 PM (noon) will be processed on the following business day.
The delivery windows displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
During peak periods such as holidays, back-to-school, or major promotional events, shipping timelines may be
extended by the carrier. Moura Cuir cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Integrated Brand Logistics
Moura Cuir works with an integrated brand logistics system designed to ensure stock accuracy, product
authenticity, and a smooth delivery experience. This model is the standard used by premium brands across
Canada and allows us to offer a high level of service to our customers.
When your order includes products from different brands, some items may be shipped from separate,
authorized logistics facilities within our network. This is not dropshipping; it is an
Authorized Fulfillment Network that operates under official brand agreements and quality controls.
For example:

Guess items are prepared and shipped from Moura Cuir’s central retail inventory.

Samsonite items are shipped from an authorized Samsonite logistics facility within Canada, following the
brand’s standards for packaging, security, and warranty.
This model offers several advantages:
- Products remain fully covered under each brand’s warranty and authenticity controls.
- Delivery routes are optimized for faster and more reliable shipping.
- Stock accuracy and packaging quality are maintained at premium standards.
As a result, multi-brand orders may arrive in more than one parcel and cannot be combined into a single package
or held to ship together. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, allowing you to follow every item in
your order with clarity and confidence.
Tracking Information
Once a shipping label has been created by the carrier, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the
email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment online.
We make every effort to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as possible so that you can receive your
items in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy for Shipped Orders
Customers may request an order cancellation before the tracking number has been issued and
the shipment has left our facilities or our authorized fulfillment partners.
Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, cancellation requests can no longer
be accepted. At that stage, if you no longer wish to keep the item, you will need to follow our standard
return process upon receiving the package.
Any such request will be treated as a return and will be handled in accordance with our
Refund Policy.
In-Store Pickup
Customers who select the in-store pickup option will be required to provide the following information upon arrival:
- Full name
- Valid ID (mandatory for pickup)
- Contact phone number
- Signature on the pickup form
These details are collected via a mandatory form that the customer must sign at the time of pickup for
verification and security purposes.
Cancellation Policy for In-Store Pickup
Customers who have selected in-store pickup have a one-week (7 days) window to request a
cancellation from the date the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your pickup order, please notify us within this period by contacting
mouracuir1976@gmail.com.
After the one-week period, cancellations may not be possible as we aim to prepare orders promptly to ensure
timely service for all our customers.
Address Verification
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please
ensure that your street name, unit number, postal code, and contact details are accurate before confirming
your order.
Moura Cuir is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address
information provided by the customer.
Return Policy for Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping costs
required to resend the order to the correct address will be the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping details at checkout to avoid unnecessary delays or additional
charges.
